I've been annoying and for the past 3 days I'm hoping that they will get tired of me not talking to them and annoying them that they will just go away

My advice as a ti

Don't acknowledge them don't talk to them rember your in control they will make you fell small worthless just rember your in control don't lesson to what they are telling you stay calm it help to lesson to music on ear phones just go about your business as normal and tell a friend what's going on don't hold it in it will also mess your head up if you don't speak out your not alone there are ti victims all over the world talk to some other ti victims online it helps they prey on your fear don't give him the satisfaction of seeing your fear. You will survive it leaving that that's all you need
